Japan Soap and Detergent Association releases annual Report

Sales of powdered laundry detergents in Japan increased by 21% in 2002 over the previous calender year,according to the 2003 Annual Report of the Japan Soap and Detergent Association (JSDA).Liquid laundry detergents also saw a large increased in both volume (a 27% rise) and in dollar sales amount (a 20% increase).
