Sico To sell hancock paint stores to ICI

Sico Inc., the largest Canadian-owned architectural paint company, has decided to sell its Hancock Paint decorative paint stores operating in the Boston, MA region to ICI Paints North America. According to Pierre Brodeur, president and CEO, the shops did not fit into Sico's current strategy.
