Eastman to sell portions of CASPI unit

Eastman Chemical Company and Apollo Management,L.P.,a private investment firm,have signed an agreement for Apollo to acquire certain businesses and product lines in Eastman's coatings,adhesives,specialty polymers and inks (CASPI) segment.
