PPG Industries and Kansai Paint have launched an alliance for the sale of automotive coatings to worldwide OEMs.The joint venture,PPG Kansai Automotive Finishes (PKAF),will initially focus on Japanese-based OEMs in North America and Europe,with further plans to establish marketing and sales operations in Shanghai and other Asia countries.In addition,PPG and Kansai will jointly develop technology.
