摘要

Gamma-spectrometry allows identification of a wide range of isotopes without chemical purification and is the ideal method for non-destructive techniques. The work described by S. HARB deals with the radioactivity of 238U, 226Ra, 210Pb, 228 Th, 232 Th, 228Ra, 137Cs and 40K in tea samples measured directly using gamma-spectrometer. 1 However, calculating simultaneously the activity of 232 Th, 228 Th and 228Ra by the gamma-ray peaks of 212Pb (238.63 keV), 208Tl (583.2 keV) and 228Ac (338.4, 911 and 969 keV), respectively, is basically wrong.
