摘要

A virtual point source calibration method is developed to finish the calibration of voluminous sample. We used a mixed point source to get the parameters of efficiency function, obtaining the virtual position of voluminous sample. So, the detection efficiency of xenon samples and standard soil samples were calibrated by placing the point source at their virtual position. The Monte Carlo method was also used to simulate the detector efficiency of xenon samples. Deviations between the virtual source method and Monte Carlo simulation are within 2.2 % for xenon samples. Thus, we have developed two robust efficiency calibration methods based on Monte Carlo simulations and virtual point source, respectively.
