A new team for the Journal of Renal Nutrition for the next decade/2.

It is with excitement and purpose that we begin January 2011, the 21st year for the Journal of Renal Nutrition (JRN), as the new Editors-in-Chief. The JRN is now arguably the premier journal dedicated to renal nutrition science and renal dietetics. Our main challenge will be to sustain the positive trajectory that the Journal is now on. We have introduced a few operational changes for the Journal, Much will stay the same; however, we consider a few opportunities for refinement and improvement. First, it has been more than a decade since we systematically examined the design of the Journal with an eye to how we could make it more appealing to readers.
