摘要

The application of Biobrane to partial thickness burns has grown increasingly popular, with decreased pain levels and healing times resulting in quicker discharge and less strain on nursing services. Decreased scaring compared with conservative treatment provides another compelling reason to dress large facial burns especially in the paedi-atric patient group.
