Huntsman's pigments segment saw earning decline in the second quarter due to lower average selling prices and higher raw material and energy costs.During the three months to 30 June earnings before interest,tax,depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) slipped 18% to 31.9m on sales up 3% to 276m.
