US paint company Valspar Corporation has acquired Brazilian powder coatings company Isocoat Tintas e Vernizes Ltda., located in Aracariguama, in the state of Sao Paulo. Isocoat manufactures powder coatings used in appliance, building products, transportation and other general industrial markets and serves customers in Brazil, Argentina and Colombia.
