Rhodia buys Chinese surfactant producer

Rhodia has completed the acquisition of Feix-iang Chemicals after receiving approval from the Chinese authorities. Located in Zhangjiang, near Shanghai, Feixiang Chemicals is a major producer of amines and surfactants, employing about 650 people.
