Poor management in UK paint sector wastes pound 616m and fuels takeover fever, says study

A NEW study has accused UK paint manufacturers of wasting pound616 million of profit every year. This is because firms are failing to control their losses and manage their businesses more effectively, according to findings by Plimsoll Publishing. The study looked at 200 companies in the UK paints sector. Of those studied, a third were found to be loss making and 21% had been losing money for the second year running.
