摘要

High-speed countercurrent chromatography (HSCCC) has been successfully applied to the semi-preparative separation of taraxeryl-acetate, isofraxidin and scopoletin from Artemisia dalailamae Kraschen. The separations were performed with a two-phase solvent system composed of chloroform-methanol-water (2:2:1, v/v/v), The main three pure fractions were analyzed by MS, IR, NMR etc, for structure determination. The results indicate that the method is suitable for semi-preparative separations of these compounds [References: 12]
