Polyguard Products (Ennis, TX) has announced the appointment of Billy Russell to the position of technical sales representa tive for the Pipeline division. Russell has over 19 years of industrial coating experience and is NACE III-certified. He has inspected coatings in refineries, elevated water storage tanks, and DOT bridges and overpasses.
