The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet recently awarded two bridge painting contracts.Specialty Painting Systems(Bridgeport,WV)was awarded a con tract valued at US2,949,928 for overcoating 101 bridges in 7 counties.The steel bridges will be power tool cleaned(SSPC-SP 3)and painted with a single-coat of calcium sulfonate.
