摘要

A novel approach of in situ polymerization and in situ compatibilization was adopted to prepare the nanoblends of poly(styrene-co-methyl methacrylate)(PS-MMA)and polyamide 6(PAG).An anionic polymerization of s-caprolactam(e-CL)was carried out in the presence of PS-MMA,which acted as a macroactivator to initiate the PA6 chain growth from PS-MMA chain and thus formed a graft copolymer of PS-g-PA6 and pure PA6 simultaneously.The factors that influenced the morphology of the reactive blends were discussed.The nanoblends of PA6 dispersed phase in the PS-MMA matrix could be achieved by pre-mixing methods.
