Preparation of a Spherical Ziegler-Natta Catalyst Using a Novel Bubbling Method and Polypropylene Replicating the Morphology of Catalyst

摘要

A novel method in preparing the Ziegler-Natta spherical catalyst for propylene polymerization was investigated.This method introduces the bubbling of argon as the dispersion force instead of the mechanical stirring.Good morphology of the catalysts was achieved by applying this novel method,and furthermore the morphology of the resultant polypropylene was improved.
