摘要

This paper discusses systematic errors in analytical PLC data. It does not cover errors arising as a result of false or incomplete identification caused by a poor separation. It is the second part of a series covering fundamentals of systematic quantitative errors, systematic errors caused by separation systems, evaluation and calibration errors, nonlinear separation and quantita-tion techniques, the 'sf4' procedure for finding total systematic errors, systematic errors caused by regulations, and conclusions and proposals for quantitative planar liquid chromatography (PLC). Part 1 [1], entitled Fundamen tals of Systematic Quantitative Errors covered the topics nonsystematic errors, finding systematic errors hidden in nonsystematic errors, the main sources of systematic errors in quantitative pic: chromatography, physics, baseline/baseplane, mathematics, the detectability limit of the systematic errors and the standard certainty stc, and 'sampling chromatography'.
