Bobst Group and Gary Tseng, the owner of Gordon Ltd, the Hong Kong based holding company of Shanghai Eternal Machinery Co. Ltd:, have closed their agreement of 7 October 2010, by which Bobst Group acquires 65% of Gordon Ltd. Gary Tseng will stay shareholder for the remaining stake of 35%, President of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of Gordon Ltd.
