R&M Energy Systems manufactures New Era Rod Guides from engineered plastics enhanced with performance additives to maximize production by centering the sucker-rod string in the production tubing.The high-performance guides have wide vanes for tough downhole conditions.Deep concave channels and a streamlined shape give the Stealth(5-in.-long)and Stealth XL(7-in.-long)guides excellent flow characteristics in high-volume wells.The wide vanes provide a large bearing-surface area for wear protection on rods,rod couplings,and tubing in deviated wells.In wells with increased rod-buckling tendencies,the shorter rod guide reduces production problems associated with conventional guides.
