The Offshore Technology Conference(OTC),the offshore E&P industry's largest annual gathering,celebrates 35 successfuly years of growth and innovation at the Reliant Center in Houston during 3-6 May 2004.Since its debut in 1969,OTC has grown to reflect the increasing importance of offshore resources,drawing an 18-year high attendance of 50,655 participants in 2003.
