Malampaya Deepwater Gas-to-Power Project

The Malampaya development is in remote deepwater offshore the Philippines and uses subsea wells as the sole supply of gas to electricity power generation stations on the mainland. The field development comprises subsea wells in 820-m water depth producing through a subsea manifold and two 16-in.-diameter Inconel-clad flowlines to a shallow-water platform 30 km away in 43-m water depth.
