To the Editor:Abdominal tuberculosis (TB) is one of the most prevalent form of extra-pulmonary diseases.The abdominal TB has an insidious course mimicking the other chronic infectious diseases without any specific laboratory, radio-logic, or clinical findings.Owing to this there are great difficulties in its diagnosis. Various methods have been reported as a gold standard in diagnosis; however, there are great difficulties in clinical practice. In this report, we describe a 12-year-old girl with abdominal TB whose symptoms and radiologic findings are similar with lymphoma.
