Objective: To investigate the relationship between soluble intercellular adhesion molecule (sICAM-1), vascular endothelial cell adhesion molecule (VCAM-1), monocytes chemotactic protein (MCP-1), von Willebrand factor (vWF), and coronary artery stenoses degree in coronary heart disease (CHD) within type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients.Methods: A total of 92 subjects were treated with coronary angiography (CAG), including 62 subjects with CHD. The individuals were divided into three groups, group A (32 patients with CHD and T2DM), group B (30 patients with CHD but no T2DM) and group C (30 patients with no CHD and T2DM). All patients were treated with a Gensini coronary angiography check. The correlations between sICAM-1, VCAM-1, MCP-1 and vWF in peripheral blood and coronary artery stenosis degree were analyzed.
