Steroid cell tumours not otherwise specified (NOS) are a rare subtype of sex cord neoplasms of the ovary. A majority secrete testosterone. The resulting virilisation is one of their most noticeable clinical presentations. We present here a case where characteristic radiological features assisted in the diagnosis, despite the ovary appearing grossly normal.
