Quantum noise of ultra-short solitons in optical fibres

Quantum equations of motion are developed for broadband soliton propagation in optical fibres with an instantaneous Kerr effect. New terms appear in the nonlinear Schr?dinger equation. Hyperbolic secant soliton solutions exist. The initial pulse perturbations are evaluated.
