摘要

This paper discusses the analysis of and basis for the technical decision to create a multiwavelength pattern-scanning laser ophthalmocoagulator based on a slit lamp. The use of a multiwavelength laser source with the possibility of operating at two wavelengths 532 and 810 nm separately or simultaneously, with adjustment of the intensity of each wavelength, broadens the range of possible applications, especially when treating pathologies of the retina. The treatment-diagnostic complex makes it possible to efficiently carry out operations not only in pattern laser photocoagulation of the retina and laser trabeculoplasty with a green laser, but also in transpupillary thermotherapy of intraocular neoplasms and transscleral photocoagulation of the retina and ciliary body with an IR laser. The article includes a discussion of the features of the device and the prospect of improving it.
