Multispectral antireflection coatings for the IR region

摘要

This paper discusses broad-band antireflection coatings for zinc selenide and germanium that reduce the reflection of the substrate in the spectral region 1.8-12.5 μm (simultaneously in two or three transmission windows of the atmosphere). The coatings are obtained by thermally evaporating the materials in high vacuum.
