Microscanner with large scanning field for a probe microscope

摘要

This paper discusses the design of a three-coordinate microdisplacer based on piezoelectric bimorph cells in the form of elastic membranes attached to the edges of a metal cube. The electromechanical characteristics of the device are investigated, and it is concluded that it can be used as a three-coordinate microscanner with a large scanning field for a probe microscope.
