Percutaneous removal of a soft tissue cement leakage complicating a percutaneous vertebroplasty by the mean of a supple biopsy forceps

A 53-year-old woman, with past medical history a breast cancer, was attended at our institution for the treatment of acute painful vertebral compression fractures (VCF). Spine computed tomography (CT) scan showed multiple VCFs (from T12 to L5) with a diffuse bone demineralisation (not presented). No posterior wall disruption was observed. MR images (1.5T) showed neither posterior wall bulging nor paravertebral mass nor epidural extension. Thus, no argument was found for malignant collapses.
