摘要

To measure the self diffusion coefficient and adsorption-desorption of Zn, a 3 * 3 * 3 factorial Complete Randomized Design (CRD) laboratory experiment with three replications was conducted hi the year 2002. Nutrients were applied as three levels of Zn, P and N. The mean value of self diffusion coefficient for all the treatments was found lo be 19.30 * 10~(-9) cm~2 s~(-1). The N_(30)P_0Zn_(2.5) showed the lowest value (11.53 * 10~(-9)) and N_(60)P_(15)Zn_5 and N_(90)P_(15)Zn_(15) had the highest values of apparent self diffusion coefficient with 25.14 and 25.21 * 10~(-9) cm~2 s~(-1) respectively. The nitrogen and zinc; application increased the rate of adsorption of zinc, but with increase In the rate of application of P, the per cent Zn adsorption decreased significantly.
