摘要

OBJECTIVEThe aim of this study is to compare gray matter (GM) volume and white matter (WM) integrity in Apolipoprotein E4 (ApoE epsilon 4) carriers with that of ApoE epsilon 4 noncarriers using the voxel-based morphometry and diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) to investigate the effect of the ApoE epsilon 4 on brain structures in subjective memory impairment (SMI) without white matter hyperintensities (WMH).
