The new VZ Crewman is part of Holden's car-based light commercial vehicle (LCV) range and offers a chameleon-like trilogy. It is luxurious, sporty and a true workhorse. We tested the SS version, powered by the Gen III 5.7-litre V8 engine with aluminium cylinder block and heads. It punches out 225kW (302hp) at 5600rpm and 460Nm of torque at 4000rpm. Throttle response benefits from a 'drive-by-wire' system with instant response from your right-foot to the engine via the ECU (electronic control unit).
