A 40-year old woman with an apparently normal pregnancy underwent a transvaginal ultrasound at 6 weeks of amenorrhea, and a gestational sac was observed in the interstitial part of the tube on the right side. The patient did not present any symptoms. The abdominal and bimanual internal examinations were normal. Laparoscopy showed an uncomplicated right interstitial pregnancy (Fig. 1).
