Problems of the secure ecological development attract the increasing attention of the mining science. This important problem still has no settled scientific concept and well-defined methodological foundation making the compound mechanism of different factor interaction management possible. Principles of mining industry ecological safety providing are based by the authors on the general concept of relationship between man and natural environment. The principal attention is given to the most important, dynamic aspects of ecological safety providing. The man happens to be the prime mover of the ecological danger. Causing the negative influence to the environment by his vital functions, the man finally makes his own existence uncomfortable. The environment pays back now or then for the blows, it gets. So, the condition of the nature, characterized with the absence of the serious ecological troubles and dangers is considered to be "ecologically safe".
