It is my pleasure to inform you of the current activities of the Asian-Pacific Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association (A-P HPBA).The Second Biennial Congress of the Asian-Pacific Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association was held March 25-27,2009, in Bangkok, Thailand, chaired by Professor Vibul Sachakul. The congress was successful, with 488 participants from 37 countries. All delegates actively participated in all sessions, and commented satisfactorily on the program and speakers.
