Comment and reply on Annila and Salthe's 'Physical foundations of evolutionary theory': Confusing the 2nd law and 4th law, and other issues

The author discusses the problems associated with the theory of evolution by natural selection subsumed by the second law of thermodynamics. He is critical of the claim that evolution by natural selection is subsumed by the second law and refers that it is actually due to the law of maximum entropy production. Also investigates the meaning of second law in the paper which is increase in entropy in all natural processes.
