The "dream team" from Government of India at the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF) at Davos,Switzerland-Finance Minister,Mr P Chidambaram,Commerce and Industry Minister,Mr Kamal Nath and the Deputy Chairman of the Planning Commission,Dr Montek Ahluwalia -recently identified public spending in rural infrastructure and rural employment generation as key to achieve 8 per cent growth in India.
