On the world background the Russian petrochemistry looks rather specific So,in 90ths the dynamics of its development was different from the majority of the countries of the world.Till 1998 in the branch a reduction of production proceeded caused by a decrease of the internal demand for its products,amplification of foreign competition and other reasons.
