摘要

In this paper an attempt is made to study the thermo electric power under strong magnetic field in Ultra-thin films and Nano wires of nonlinear optical, III-V, II-VI, IV-VI, Bi and carbon Nano tubes on the basis of newly derived dispersion relations in each case. It has been observed that the TPMS increases with decreasing electron statistics and increasing film thickness in various oscillatory manners which are totally band structures dependent.
