摘要

A simple and rapid method based on dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction with task-specific ionic liquids was used for preconcentration of cadmium in human body fluids and determination by electro thermal atomic absorption spectrometry. Trioctylmethyl ammonium thiosalicylate as complexing agent in acetone was used as solvent, and the binary solution was injected into the sample containing Cd2+ complexed by the sulfhydryl group of a task-specific ionic liquid. After phase separation, the upper phase was back extracted at acidic pH. Under optimum conditions, the limit of detection was 5 ng L-1 with a working range of 0.02-1.42 mu g L-1. Extraction efficiencies of Cd from urine and blood were 97.4% and 95%; the method was validated with standard reference material. (C) 2016 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
