The viscosities of carbonated N-methyldiethanolamine (MDEA)-diethanolamine (DEA) aqueous solutions were measured by using a NDJ-1 rotational viscometer, with the temperature, mass fraction of amines and CO_2 loading respectively ranging from 293.15 K to 343.15 K, 0.2 to 0.5 and 0.25 to 0.5. A modified Grunberg-Nissan equation was proposed for the correlation and prediction of the viscosities. The effects of temperature, amine concentration and CO_2 loading on the viscosities of carbonated MDEA-DEA aqueous solutions were demonstrated on the basis of experiments and calculations.
