摘要

The temperature effect on the spectral properties of the 4-naphthyl-quinoline molecule in solution has been investigated by absorption and emission spectroscopy. The observed change on the absorption spectra of this molecule was attributed to the hydrogen bonding complex in his ground state. This change is related to an anomaly observed in emission which indicates that the ratio of phosphorescence and fluorescence intensities depends on the excitation wavelength.
