Families for Pennsylvania Coal (FORCE, Inc.) held its 4~(th) annual Black Diamond Dinner at the Pepsi Roadhouse in Burgettstown, PA. on April 14. The theme for the evening was country and western. The entertainment was provided by multi-platinum country music artist Terri Clark.
