Certain dark-solitonic features in optical fibres

摘要

A variable-coefficient nonlinear Schrodinger model is herby investigated, which arises in the optical communication systems. A family of the exact analytic dark-soliton-like solutions is presented with computerized symbolic computation, which may be of value for future studies on the solitonic features on optical communication systems.
