This might very well be one of the reasons California Tomato Farmers (CTF)-a cooperative formed just five years ago-might be garnering so much success over these past few years with domestic buyers, and has been increasing new and developing markets around the world. CTF is a producer-owned cooperative composed of members whose fresh tomatoes are grown by or for Ace Tomato Co. Inc., The DiMare Company, Gargiulo Inc., Herb Speckman/HS Packing, Live Oak Farms, Pacific Triple E/Triple E Produce, San Joaquin Tomato Growers, and Sun Pacific.
