More high tunnels are in the future for Zaid and Haifa Kurdieh and their partner Yusuf Harper of Norwich Meadows Farm, Norwich, N.Y. The organic tomato and vegetable growers have 31 high tunnels at present and plan to construct more as cash flow allows. The usable space on the present 35-acre farm is "maxed out," according to Zaid.
