China, Japan agree 680,000 mt at 145.75 dollars/mt FY 2011 LT term contract

China and Japan have agreed on a fiscal 2011 thermal coal price of $145.75/mt FOB, basis 5,800 kcal/kg NAR for Chinese thermal coal exports to Japan under the so-called LT term contract, industry sources said. The FY 2010 LT thermal coal contract price was $115/ mt FOB.
