Grande Cache Coal acquires additional coal leases

Grande Cache Coal has acquired an additional 4,016 hectares of coal leases in the Smoky River coalfield.The leases include three distinct blocks:1) the first lease is located southeast of Grande Cache's coal processing plant;2) The second lease is located southwest of Grande Cache's current operations at the No.7 mine and 3) The third lease is located south of Grande Cache's existing No.12 South B2 mine.The first two leases are next to historical coal mining operations developed by previous owners and the third lease contains a test mine established by a previous operator 35 years ago.
