摘要

Layered inorganic/organic hybrids attract attention because of their potential use for polymer-clay nanocomposites as well as other functional materials [1-7]. Due to their organophilicity, they are easily mixed with other organic substances, or can incorporate monomer for further polymerization. Generally, such hybrids are expected to improve mechanical properties of bulk polymers especially when incorporated in polymer in exfoliated state [8], and their inorganic parts are bonded with their organic parts through covalent bonds, and they are meltable.
